 BOOKING POLICY

Appointments are by appointment only.

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Please provide accurate contact information when booking so we can reach you regarding your appointment.

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, please give as much notice as possible if you need to make a change.

 LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your service being shortened or rescheduled so we can stay on schedule.

If you arrive too late to complete the service properly, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation, and a new deposit may be required.

 RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

One reschedules is allowed with proper notice, and your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment.

Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

 CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in your deposit being forfeited.

No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be required to pay a deposit or full-service fee before booking another appointment.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future appointments being declined.
