For the best results, please avoid aggressive exfoliation, waxing, or other strong facial treatments before your appointment.

Some treatments may not be recommended if your skin is irritated, sunburned, or recently treated. Your safety and skin health always come first, and we reserve the right to modify or postpone a service when necessary.

 Waxing Policies

• Please arrive clean and ready for your waxing service.

• Hair should ideally be at least ¼ inch long (about 2–3 weeks of growth).

• Please avoid shaving immediately before your appointment.

• Let your esthetician know about medications, skincare products, or recent treatments that may affect your skin.

• We may refuse or modify a service if the skin appears irritated, sunburned, injured, or otherwise unsuitable for waxing.

• No waxing over open wounds, active skin irritation, or compromised skin.

• Please do not use retinoids, strong exfoliants, or similar active products immediately before waxing without checking first.

• Brazilian waxing: underwear is optional; disposable protection is available.

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may require shortening the service so we can stay on schedule.

• 24-hour notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations/no-shows may be subject to a fee.

• We are a referral-based studio and accept clients through mutual friends and referrals.

• For hygiene and safety, we do not wax over another artist’s leftover product or work. Skin must be clean and free of products before waxing.

For the quality, safety, and consistency of our work, BeautyGardenStudio does not perform lash fills on extensions applied by another salon or lash artist.

All lash appointments must begin with clean, bare, natural lashes. If you arrive with existing extensions from another establishment, a full removal will be required before a new full set can be applied. Additional removal fees may apply.
